RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS: Must be registered here to enter the pumpkin carving contest at this year's HEXPO event. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your registration from highendeventscompany@gmail.com.

STEP 1: Start creating your pumpkin masterpiece. RULES: Must be a pumpkin in the Cucurbita pepo family; no color restrictions. SIZE RESTRICTED to SMALL no larger than 20 lbs! You may use multi-media techniques such as - sculpting, painting, lighting, etc... BUT THE PUMPKIN MUST BE CARVED OUT IN SOME WAY! These pumpkins are meant to be displayed on a 6 foot table with others so please be mindful of these logistics.

STEP 2: Arrive at HEXPO on October 26th at EXACTLY 12 noon. Come to the front check-in area to receive your name plaque and assigned display area. ENTER THE NAME YOU WANT YOUR PLAQUE TO DISPLAY, BELOW. 

STEP 3: Display your pumpkin during HEXPO. You will be assigned a table space to show off your pumpkin along with a name plaque. We will be electing a panel of celebrity judges to decide our winner.

STEP 4: WINNERS ANNOUNCED - Join us during the costume contest (later in the day around 5-5:30pm) to celebrate the winners. CASH PRIZE IS $500 for first place! 

Businesses from ALL INDUSTRIES are welcome to apply for table spaces starting immediately. Please note: Once you submit your application, we will follow up with an email from HIGHENDEVENTSCOMPANY@GMAIL.COM that includes the payment link to confirm your spot - be sure to follow these directions to our Square.com website to complete the transaction.
